Report content or an account
Email support@alterlure.me. Please include:
- what you are reporting (for example a non-consensual image, impersonation, or a possible minor),
- where you saw it (a link, username or description),
- how we can contact you, if you'd like an update.
Don't attach or forward images that may involve a minor. Just describe where they are.
Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image of you is on AlterLure without your consent, email us with the subject "Non-consensual image". We aim to remove valid reports within 48 hours, and we will remove copies we can identify. You can also create a hash of your images with StopNCII.org to help participating platforms block them.
Child safety
See our Child Safety Policy. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline or your local authorities.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, export or delete your data, use the Account page in the app or email support@alterlure.me with the subject "Privacy request".
