Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Draft pending legal review

These terms apply to your use of AlterLure (the "Service"), operated by Ali Tarık Zadil, a sole trader in Türkiye ("AlterLure", "we", "us"). Contact: support@alterlure.me. By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Child Safety Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use AlterLure

2. Your likeness and other people's likeness

3. Your content

4. Safety checks and moderation

We check prompts, uploads and generated images automatically, and sometimes manually, to keep the Service lawful and safe. We may block content, refuse a request, remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities, as described in our policies. We don't need to tell you in advance when the law or safety requires otherwise.

5. Prohibited use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it, or trying to get around our safety checks, may lead to immediate account closure and reporting to the authorities.

6. Paid features

Some features may require a paid plan or credits. Prices, billing and refunds will be shown before you buy and form part of these terms.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We then delete your photos, generated images, prompts and likeness data, and ask our verification provider to delete your verification data. Limited non-personal records may be kept where the law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you in the app, and where needed ask you to agree again.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
